TERMS & CONDITIONS
***An invoice will be sent after submitting rental form, all payments will be made through invoice***
Booking Fee
A 20% deposit of the total order amount is required to secure your booking date. The remainder order amount must be paid 48 hours before event date.
Damage Fee
A $50 damage fee will be discussed for any damages.
Payments
Full payment is due 48 hours before the event date. No items will be delivered without full payment. All payments will be made through invoice sent to client.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup are complimentary for locations within a 5-mile radius. A $50 delivery fee applies to locations beyond 5 miles. Client must text or call 689-247-3738 when rentals are ready for pickup.
Cleaning Policy
All rentals must be cleaned and free of debris prior to pickup (no table covers or decorations during pickup unless rented by Sparkle Rentals).
Cancellations & Transfers
Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the event date but transferable if rescheduled within 3 months.
Communication
Clear and timely communication between Sparkle Rentals and client is required to ensure smooth service. Clients may text, call or email Sparkle Rentals for inquiries or concerns.
